Actually, my Thing is extremely rare because the original color is Avacado Green and a very small number of Thing's with this color were imported into the USA for one year - 1974. The engine has a high performance camshaft and crankshaft which makes the engine have about twice as much power as a stock VW Thing's Type 1 Engine. What I have for sale is a new and improved low mileage VW Thing and is not a rust bucket nor a Bondo Buggy
